We offer a FREE returns service for deliveries to an UK address only, via Royal Mail, enabling you to select the correct fitting shoe, no matter how long it takes, with no further postage costs to yourself. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as failure to do so will result in you being liable to us for the cost of the product and postage if it is not delivered back to us. Please note that if you decide to return your purchases via another service we cannot refund the charges incurred. Shoes sent back from outside the UK have to be returned at the sender's expense.

Customer Comment: I previously bought the same shoes in a dark red suede and they fit well. The black leather ones are ok but seem even wider than the suede pair so are a little loose and tightening the laces causes a bit of a fold across the foot. -

Customer Comment: Love my new boots , the fit is perfect and they are lovely and soft and comfortable to walk in. The only thing is I should have sprayed the suede first before wearing them as the rain tends to mark them.

Customer Comment: Very comfortable ankle boots. I can't manage the zip so loosen the laces to get them on and off but this is fine. They had a high shine on the soft leather but they are going a bit wrinkly now they have been worn a while. still looking good though and a pleasure to wear. Thank you DB. -
