We offer a FREE returns service for deliveries to an UK address only, via Royal Mail, enabling you to select the correct fitting shoe, no matter how long it takes, with no further postage costs to yourself. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as failure to do so will result in you being liable to us for the cost of the product and postage if it is not delivered back to us. Please note that if you decide to return your purchases via another service we cannot refund the charges incurred. Shoes sent back from outside the UK have to be returned at the sender's expense.

Customer Comment: I have been happy with this style of shoe...I got the black first, then moved on to navy, and white. They are comfortable especially with the removable insoles, which I remove to put orthotics in. They have plenty of room in the toes, width and above my toes. I can tighten or loosen with ease. I wear then every day, they are used for going out or just doing normal every day things. Having the double strap, means I can loosen any of them with ease. I would recommend these shoes to anyone suffering with their feet. I am going to be using the white shoes in the summer as I feel they would be great with a dress. -
