We offer a FREE returns service for deliveries to an UK address only, via Royal Mail, enabling you to select the correct fitting shoe, no matter how long it takes, with no further postage costs to yourself. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as failure to do so will result in you being liable to us for the cost of the product and postage if it is not delivered back to us. Please note that if you decide to return your purchases via another service we cannot refund the charges incurred. Shoes sent back from outside the UK have to be returned at the sender's expense.

Customer Comment: A lot of money for what they are, uncomfortable and wouldn't buy again. I had done a lot of research on sandles for swollen feet so I’m really disappointedOur comment: We try our best to show good pictures of the shoes within the catalogue and website but accept that people need to see and try the shoes on for fit and comfort. When you first receive your shoes please try them on wearing hosiery and onto a surface that will not mark them. If for any reason you are unhappy please use our FREE returns service to obtain an exchange or refund of the cost of the shoes. -
