We offer a FREE returns service for deliveries to an UK address only, via Royal Mail, enabling you to select the correct fitting shoe, no matter how long it takes, with no further postage costs to yourself. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as failure to do so will result in you being liable to us for the cost of the product and postage if it is not delivered back to us. Please note that if you decide to return your purchases via another service we cannot refund the charges incurred. Shoes sent back from outside the UK have to be returned at the sender's expense.

Customer Comment: Love these comfortable ankle boots. I have not been able to wear shoes or boots due to swelling in my lower leg and feet caused by vasculitis. I stumbled across this company on the internet and I am so glad that I did! I have purchased shoes and boots and slippers and even training shoes. I have a new lease of life now being able to get outside without fear of getting soaking wet. The shoes are made to measure which you can measure yourself you might find that you can go up a size or down a size but they fit perfectly! They're so comfortable to wear that I have thought I was wearing my slippers!! There’s an insole that you can wear or take out. These are so pretty and smart and go with anything that you wear. You get what you pay for and me it’s comfort! I strongly recommend this company for good shoes etc I have told my friends and family. I will be a returning customer. Comfy feet makes a happy person. I will be enjoying my other footwear and breaking them in if you even do that now?Our comment: We would like to clarify a point. The shoes are not made to measure. We provide a measuring guide to help find your size and fitting in our shoes. -

Customer Comment: Having to break them in as very rigid. Rubbed a bit initially but hoping they'll ease off. Early days. I like the style so fingers crossed this well made solid shoe will be comfy during the autumn and wintry days. -

Customer Comment: I have been unable to wear these boots more than twice . They gap open as there is not enough leather to fold over to slide the shoe to the Velcro fastener . I have tried using extra insoles , chiropodyfelt but all makes the situation worse so I have given up wearing them sadly . -
