We offer a FREE returns service for deliveries to an UK address only, via Royal Mail, enabling you to select the correct fitting shoe, no matter how long it takes, with no further postage costs to yourself. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as failure to do so will result in you being liable to us for the cost of the product and postage if it is not delivered back to us. Please note that if you decide to return your purchases via another service we cannot refund the charges incurred. Shoes sent back from outside the UK have to be returned at the sender's expense.

Customer Comment: I'm very happy with these boots. They're so comfortable and it's a real pleasure having room to spread my toes! I've worn them often and after a month they look as good as they did when I took them out of the box. They are also warmer than any vegan shoes I've had before. I was really impressed with how quickly they arrived too. I feel that the style is a little old fashioned but comfort wins! -

Customer Comment: Lovely walking boots for my wide feet. I suffer with Mormons neuroma in both feet and these have been a god-send. So far have proved to be waterproof. Clean up easily after muddy walks. Although not cheap,I consider them to be value for money. -

Customer Comment: I chose the boot because of the rigid , thick sole, following a foot operation. The boots are really comfortable . I wore them all day on Monday while walking around a city sightseeing and had no aches and pains at all -
