We offer a FREE returns service for deliveries to an UK address only, via Royal Mail, enabling you to select the correct fitting shoe, no matter how long it takes, with no further postage costs to yourself. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as failure to do so will result in you being liable to us for the cost of the product and postage if it is not delivered back to us. Please note that if you decide to return your purchases via another service we cannot refund the charges incurred. Shoes sent back from outside the UK have to be returned at the sender's expense.

Customer Comment: Think a half size if it had been available would have been perfect but the shoe is still very. comfortable with the help of heelgrips and insole.I like the expandible strap,very necessary for my left foot.

Customer Comment: I needed a size smaller than usual and a thinner inner sole than usual to accommodate my orthotics. I have still given a 5 star rating for these summer sandals because I received excellent help from Customer Service on adjusting the fitting. Since then, I have worn Colby continuously because they are so comfortable! I have even bought a 2nd pair to keep in reserve. -

Customer Comment: I love these shoes but sadly I would have returned them if numpty hadn't trimmed the strap. They look great but even with my tried and tested size 6, 6E width there was a 2cm gap at the back when I put them on. Also although I have a very high instep the strap was too long and when closed comfortably the velcro on the body of the shoe itself did not contact any of the remaining velcro on the strap, which still hit the floor. There is a sizing problem, I think. -
