We offer a FREE returns service for deliveries to an UK address only, via Royal Mail, enabling you to select the correct fitting shoe, no matter how long it takes, with no further postage costs to yourself. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as failure to do so will result in you being liable to us for the cost of the product and postage if it is not delivered back to us. Please note that if you decide to return your purchases via another service we cannot refund the charges incurred. Shoes sent back from outside the UK have to be returned at the sender's expense.

Customer Comment: Absolutely wonderful boots. I have lipoedema and lymphoedema and need more specialist boots, yet I am vegan. I also wanted a more stylish younger style, to reflect my tastes. These hit all my needs! I'd been so struggling to find anything. They fit beautifully and are well made too. Please make more non-leather shoes and boots in younger styles, I'll definitely buy them! -

Customer Comment: These boots are so comfortable and go really well with my jeans. I am size 9 wide fitting (due to excess bone growth on my heels) and the side zip helps me put them on and the laces look lovely but because of the top 'hooks' I still have to tie them up each time I wear them. Wearing long socks protects the skin from the zip.
Overall a lovely pair of boots that I would buy again. -

Customer Comment: Couldn't get my foot into the boot and the right foot that did get it on wouldn't do up. I have Lymphoedema and they looked great but sadly no. I have returned them but have yet to receive a refundOur comment: From reading the testimonial possibly a 6V fitting boot would have suited this customer's foot better. We are up to date with processing returns but the postal strikes have created a backlog in their system. -
