We offer a FREE returns service for deliveries to an UK address only, via Royal Mail, enabling you to select the correct fitting shoe, no matter how long it takes, with no further postage costs to yourself. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as failure to do so will result in you being liable to us for the cost of the product and postage if it is not delivered back to us. Please note that if you decide to return your purchases via another service we cannot refund the charges incurred. Shoes sent back from outside the UK have to be returned at the sender's expense.

Customer Comment: I have been buying shoes from you for over 60 years and have never had a problem with them, however I recently brought some from my daughter and they have split on the right foot around the sole and fabric she has only had them for 3 months. She has stated they are comfy but not worth the money if the soles are seperating this quickly -

Customer Comment: Very light & comfy to wear, you don't really know you have shoes on. A well made shoe which if properly looked after I can see lasting surprisingly well. This is a personal thing but I suffer from spinal problems meaning it is hard to reach my feet for any time no matter how short a time, I would have prefered the touch fastening style of shoe but it was not available when I was shopping, hence I say 4.5 out of 5 * -
