We offer a FREE returns service for deliveries to an UK address only, via Royal Mail, enabling you to select the correct fitting shoe, no matter how long it takes, with no further postage costs to yourself. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as failure to do so will result in you being liable to us for the cost of the product and postage if it is not delivered back to us. Please note that if you decide to return your purchases via another service we cannot refund the charges incurred. Shoes sent back from outside the UK have to be returned at the sender's expense.

Customer Comment: I'm normally a size 4 (EE-4E (2V). However the 4 was too loose. I tried 3.5 still loose, so third time lucky size 3! Maybe it's because these are 4E width and court shoes without a strap or laces to hold them on. Anyway, I'm looking forward to wearing them at a wedding in the autumn. -

I ordered the Paris shoes in nude and I am so happy with my purchase. So comfortable, the leather is gorgeously soft and accommodating to my lumps and bumps. The customer service kept me up to date with my order as it was initially out of stock. Couldn't fault any part of my purchase. -
