We offer a FREE returns service for deliveries to an UK address only, via Royal Mail, enabling you to select the correct fitting shoe, no matter how long it takes, with no further postage costs to yourself. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as failure to do so will result in you being liable to us for the cost of the product and postage if it is not delivered back to us. Please note that if you decide to return your purchases via another service we cannot refund the charges incurred. Shoes sent back from outside the UK have to be returned at the sender's expense.

Customer Comment: I was disappointed with the fitting. The length was fine but they were too deep. I thought that they were not very pretty and old fashioned.Our comment: This style is available in a 2V fitting which is not quite as deep. -

Customer Comment: Boight as a Christmas present for my elderly Mum who has many health issues including Parkinson's so needs good fitting non slip footwear . She is very happy with these slippers. Very comfortable and perfect fit.

Customer Comment: Excellent house shoe which can be worn outside if dry as well. Allows good room for swollen feet and allows additional inner soles to be added too. Worn every day now with much improved comfort
The straps are a quite long and are really set for length at the maximum extension. Fir a less swollen foot the straps are a little long and stick out a bit and no easy ay to trim them. Doesn't really affect the usage - just the appearance. Hence 4 * for fit.
Overall though a lifesaver for comfort and ease of getting off and on. We have 2 pairs now in different colours -

Customer Comment: Having purchasing same over many years the quality is without question. The only problem in your recent stock is that you have included a portion of elastic to the 2 straps which is not help for a secure fit.
To resolve this change I have had removed the elastic portion of the straps

Customer Comment: These slippers are very comfortable but as l have very swollen feet one goes on very easy but the right one takes some time as I bend the back of it and takes quite a while to get it right even though use a shoe horn but on the whole very nice xx -
