We offer a FREE returns service for deliveries to an UK address only, via Royal Mail, enabling you to select the correct fitting shoe, no matter how long it takes, with no further postage costs to yourself. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as failure to do so will result in you being liable to us for the cost of the product and postage if it is not delivered back to us. Please note that if you decide to return your purchases via another service we cannot refund the charges incurred. Shoes sent back from outside the UK have to be returned at the sender's expense.

Customer Comment: Only worn it a few times since purchasing. I do not mind paying a bit more, as long as it performs as it is sold, which this has done so far. great to find someone selling wider shoes in my larger size ! Seems very good and no issues with 'rubs' as yet (I am Type II Diabetic). Brought for a holdiday with a fair bit of walking in it, will see how we go over the longer term. -

Customer Comment: I was searching for some walking boots for exploring uneven terrain, these seemed the nearest I could find however, upon arrival I realise the grip on the sole is not as rugged as I need. Otherwise, these boots are fine for general walking on pavements and relatively even untarmac'd paths. -

Customer Comment: These boots are excellent for anyone with PTTD. They have made a difference to my life!! They support the ankle well and have plenty of room to fit orthotics. I also have an issue with clawed arthritic toes and buy the 6V to overcome this problem. EXCELLENT BOOTS!! Very comfortable! -

Customer Comment: They look and feel good. My only comment is that I found the lacing to be difficult. I would have found a lacing diagram very helpful and time saving
