We offer a FREE returns service for deliveries to an UK address only, via Royal Mail, enabling you to select the correct fitting shoe, no matter how long it takes, with no further postage costs to yourself. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as failure to do so will result in you being liable to us for the cost of the product and postage if it is not delivered back to us. Please note that if you decide to return your purchases via another service we cannot refund the charges incurred. Shoes sent back from outside the UK have to be returned at the sender's expense.

Customer Comment: I like these shoes, which are a good fit with my new ortho inserts size wise and look good, but the shoe doesn't seem to be quite as deep as some of your 6Vs around the heel and that seems to be rubbing and thinning my socks as my heels moves up and down within the shoe more than they usually do. I am not wearing the shoes very often, therefore. -

Customer Comment: The fitting is not as good as other shoes I have had from DB
the leather is very stiff and the shoe looks very bulky on the top and generally quite "mannish" I am wearing them inside the house to try and soften up the leather as they are so uncomfortable. -
