Customer Comment: This is my second pair of Wider Fit shoes. I am just coming to terms with arthritis and having to wear specialist shoes that give me support comfort width and a deep toe box. I have to really give up mainstream shoe shops. I am struggling. My first pair were black boots which I felt I could disguise with trousers. I needed slippers this pair of trainers were only £30 in clearance. I thought they would be perfect . They are not perfect as slippers s I have to loosen them to put them on but they are perfect as trainers. I wear them all the time . The colour which I thought would be a bit garish is beautiful. I highly recommend them. My next problem now is I need shoes to go with a dress but I just can't wear any heel. I am pouring over the catalogue. If it hadn’t been for the £30 price tag I probably would never have taken the risk on these trainers but now it’s encouraged me to buy more shoes from this company -

Customer Comment: Tried them on and they fit me but are not worn as purchased ready for warmer days ahead however I do have another pair in this design which I wore this summer so looking forward to wearing them later, God willing. VERY GOOD VALUE as purchased in Sale. -

Customer Comment: The problem was not finding the perfect fit for my very wide feet. Eventually I chose to buy a pair that was slightly loose at the heel. The ridge of leather inside the back of the shoe rubbed very painfully after some brisk walking so I had to stop wearing them.
I wasn't entitled to a refund, but otherwise the after sales service should have 5 stars. I was given advice on what to do or not to do and the assistant seemed genuinely anxious to help, which means I can wear them again.
In conclusion, make very sure the shoes are comfortable at the start or don't buy!

Customer Comment: Well made attractive shoe, fit well but after walking for a while finding the lack of support in the soless is changing the way I walk, no bounce in them at all and too 'flat.’ so rathervdidappointed. If I had realised this when I tried them on I would have returned them unworn.
