We offer a FREE returns service for deliveries to an UK address only, via Royal Mail, enabling you to select the correct fitting shoe, no matter how long it takes, with no further postage costs to yourself. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as failure to do so will result in you being liable to us for the cost of the product and postage if it is not delivered back to us. Please note that if you decide to return your purchases via another service we cannot refund the charges incurred. Shoes sent back from outside the UK have to be returned at the sender's expense.

Customer Comment: I absolutely love these shoes, I have finally achieved my goal of finding a pair of pretty shoes that are wide enough, and I can get my foot into easily, and which have a deep enough toe box to accommodate my hammered toes, but also don't advertise my condition the way hospital orthotics tend to do. I can't explain how that feels, but I am really happy. The quality is excellent, very robust, which it needs to be, very strong, the fit is excellent, lots of room, no crushing of toes, I did have to go up a size, but now they're excellent. The shoes are wearing well, still looking fresh, not looking tired or worn as yet. Overall, I would definitely recommend them. -
