We offer a FREE returns service for deliveries to an UK address only, via Royal Mail, enabling you to select the correct fitting shoe, no matter how long it takes, with no further postage costs to yourself. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as failure to do so will result in you being liable to us for the cost of the product and postage if it is not delivered back to us. Please note that if you decide to return your purchases via another service we cannot refund the charges incurred. Shoes sent back from outside the UK have to be returned at the sender's expense.

Customer Comment: Wow, so happy with these boots, the option of 2 different insoles makes for a great fit and great comfort.
I've only worn them once on a walk so far, and had no rubbing or pinching. They look really good too, and I hD a couple of people asked where I got them from.
I've found with Wider Fit Shoes thee important thing is first finding your correct size, their detailed measuring guide is brilliant. I suffer with several problems from RA in my feet so it's important to get the fit right.
I now have several different styles of shoes, sandals and now boots in my wardrobe. Highly recommend this company. -

I could wear them straight away without the need to 'break them in'. No blisters, no doubling up on socks... perfect. Very pleased and will DEFINITELY be buying again -
