They are the same size as I usually order and I haven't had this problem before. I cannot return as they have been worn but any suggestions re being able to wear them would be very helpful. The heel fit is very sloopy and I have two heel grips in one of the shoes to hold my foot in.
The width and depth at the front of the shoe is fine.
Not as good as I had hoped - especially for the price. -
