We offer a FREE returns service for deliveries to an UK address only, via Royal Mail, enabling you to select the correct fitting shoe, no matter how long it takes, with no further postage costs to yourself. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as failure to do so will result in you being liable to us for the cost of the product and postage if it is not delivered back to us. Please note that if you decide to return your purchases via another service we cannot refund the charges incurred. Shoes sent back from outside the UK have to be returned at the sender's expense.

Customer Comment: I'm 84 years old and have only ever bought four pairs of shoes that fitted me from day 1 without me having a lengthy and painful breaking in period. The last 2 were from from DB Wider Fit Shoes and all my future shoes will be theirs. (I usually wear new shoes for half hour spells - the DB shoes were worn for 14 hours with no problems.
I am currently having medical problems with my legs and they are dressed by District Nurses - some days lightly and some days heavily swathed in bandages. My Joseph shoes adjust themselves to my Nurses' whims. My legs weep and soil my shoes - a machine wash at 30 degrees sorts them out.
I have got my freedom back and can now leave the confines of my house in safety and comfort. -
