Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as failure to do so will result in you being liable to us for the cost of the product and postage if it is not delivered back to us. Customer Comment: These are a nice looking sandal. I usually wear a size 5 but I had these in gold and they were far too big, more like a 7. The size 3 fits when the innersoles are taken out. Any shoe of a slip-on style seems to come big so order a size smaller! -

Customer Comment: The style of these shoes is lovely and the colour is beautiful; however they are not true to size. When I queried the sizing I was told that the sizes are not set in stone (they should be) and that it was big because it was a slip-on style. So order a size smaller! -

Customer Comment: Beautiful shoe BUT.... this shoe is far too long to be a size 5 fit as ordered. Why are so many of your shoes that are made abroad SO much bigger than the ones made in Northampton? WHY is it left to the customer to have to exchange or return the item? This is extremely irritating and disappointing AND it happens regularly. WHY don't you check the length of these shoes as they arrive and when necessary correct the size differential on these extra long sizes BY RE-LABELLING THEM AS THE LARGER SIZE THEY CLEARLY ARE before you send them out to the customer? SO annoying.Our comment: They are made on exactly the same lasts as our UK production so the fit and sizing of the last that the shoe was made on is exactly the same.
