We offer a FREE returns service for deliveries to an UK address only, via Royal Mail, enabling you to select the correct fitting shoe, no matter how long it takes, with no further postage costs to yourself. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as failure to do so will result in you being liable to us for the cost of the product and postage if it is not delivered back to us. Please note that if you decide to return your purchases via another service we cannot refund the charges incurred. Shoes sent back from outside the UK have to be returned at the sender's expense.

Customer Comment: Very soft leather, flexible sole, lightweight, quality leather, no blisters, quick to mould to shape of foot, wide enough but not super wide). The main reason I bought them is all the holes, as I work 12 hour shifts on marble floors and all other smart black work shoes were melting my feet. These have finally solved that.
They do not have any arch support though, and when I added my insoles it made my foot too high up on the back to be gripped properly as the laces / tongue stop quite low down the foot (I have a very flat foot though and generally find my foot just pulls out of shoes - these did hold my foot in without the arch inserts, but only just). -

Customer Comment: Having found Wider Fit shoes I am still experimenting with the sizes and the difficulty of actually trying to size my own feet so whenever there is a discount deal I will send for what may be suitable. I find the shoe sturdy and very well made. It was a little snug and as always I need the extra room to accommodate blistered toes and bunions. I believe I am a size 6 but decided to choose a size 7 so bunions are covered by width but blistered toes at the moment need room in the toe box, also found the sole to be strangely wobbly when wearing but to be honest my balance is not good so that may be me and not the shoe! -
