We offer a FREE returns service for deliveries to an UK address only, via Royal Mail, enabling you to select the correct fitting shoe, no matter how long it takes, with no further postage costs to yourself. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as failure to do so will result in you being liable to us for the cost of the product and postage if it is not delivered back to us. Please note that if you decide to return your purchases via another service we cannot refund the charges incurred. Shoes sent back from outside the UK have to be returned at the sender's expense.

Customer Comment: I purchased these for my sister who, until we discovered DB Wider fit shoes, struggled with finding anything comfortable, let alone attractive. These shoes are incredibly cushioned and their extra deep construction makes them blissfully comfortable. The design is clever so that they look 'normal’, if you know what I mean, athleisure chic! They are so attractive that I tried an all white pair in my size but found them sadly too wide. -

Customer Comment: I was pleased to see the shoes were white and not cream, as they looked the catalogue. I loved the design. The fit was fair - maybe a little too broad for me. I do have unusual shaped feet! The thing I was disappointed with was the weight. They seemed too heavy and after an hour, I couldn't wear them any more. -
