We offer a FREE returns service for deliveries to an UK address only, via Royal Mail, enabling you to select the correct fitting shoe, no matter how long it takes, with no further postage costs to yourself. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as failure to do so will result in you being liable to us for the cost of the product and postage if it is not delivered back to us. Please note that if you decide to return your purchases via another service we cannot refund the charges incurred. Shoes sent back from outside the UK have to be returned at the sender's expense.

Customer Comment: A comfortable everyday shoe. I have quite wide feet and struggle to find shoes and boots with a 5cm heel because shoemakers seem to think ladies with wide feet only want flat, ugly shoes or ugly wedding shoes.
The elastic in the front of this show is useful but doesn't stop my foot moving. Still, the leather is nice and perfect as a slip on day to day if a bit expensive.
Please produce a bigger everyday range with 5cm heels in contemporary styles. -

Customer Comment: The sizing of this shoe is not consistent with all the other shoes I have purchased from yourselves. I always buy size 4, but this time it was too small, even with all the inner soles taken out I now have size 5 which I have accepted but they are a fraction too big. -
