We offer a FREE returns service for deliveries to an UK address only, via Royal Mail, enabling you to select the correct fitting shoe, no matter how long it takes, with no further postage costs to yourself. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as failure to do so will result in you being liable to us for the cost of the product and postage if it is not delivered back to us. Please note that if you decide to return your purchases via another service we cannot refund the charges incurred. Shoes sent back from outside the UK have to be returned at the sender's expense.

Customer Comment: I got these shoes for my mum, suffering with diabetes, kidney and heart failure her feet swell and I find it difficult to get shoes to fit. These shoes are perfect and thanks to the elasticated strap the shoes can adapt to a good / bad foot day. Mum was that pleased I also ordered the blue shoes. -

Customer Comment: these are not an exact match in colour pattern but far better because of it. very comfortable to wear, the best thing , I think , is the fact that the straps are easy to alter during the day as the feet swell. also because of the colours they go very well with all sorts of clothes. Brilliant. -
